The SUNY Cortland women's golf team is tied for 22nd place in the final Golf World/National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) Division III national poll for the 2009 fall season.

The Red Dragons share the 22nd spot in the poll with Birmingham Southern. Cortland posted runner-up finishes this fall at both the St. Lawrence Invitational and its own Martin/Wallace Invitational, and placed third at the 12-team Williams College Fall Classic.

Head Coach Mike DIscenza's squad will begin its spring season with matches versus McDaniel and Hollins on March 16 and 20, respectively, in Calabash, N.C.
