The SUNY Cortland women's golf team was ranked 24th nationally in the final Golf World/National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) Division III national poll for the 2009-10 season.

The Red Dragons received 47 points, five ahead of 25th-ranked St. Olaf (Minn.). Cortland's spring season featured a first-place finish in the E8 Spring Invitational, a victory in a quad meet hosted by McDaniel College in South Carolina and dual-match victories over St. Andrews Presbyterian and Hollins.
