NOTE:  The wrestling, men's indoor track and field, women's indoor track and field and women's swimming and diving teams had qualifiers set to compete at their respective 2020 NCAA Division III Championships before they were canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, the 2020 NCGA women's gymnastics East regionals and national championships were canceled, as were all 2020 NCAA Division III spring championships.
