Senior women's outdoor track and field thrower Sarah Parr (Cooperstown) and senior men's lacrosse midfielder Troy Morris (Long Beach) have been named the SUNY Cortland Athletes of the Week for the week ending April 16.

Sarah Parr

Sarah broke the Cortland school record in the hammer throw with a distance of 49.02 meters (160' 10") at the Cortland Upstate Alternative Meet. Her effort ranks first in the SUNYAC and 26th nationally in Division III.

Troy Morris

Troy tallied six points on five goals and one assist and added a ground ball and a caused turnover in Cortland's 17-7 win over visiting Brockport. Morris is tied for first on the team this season with 25 goals and is tied for second with 35 total points.
