The SUNY Cortland women's soccer team has been recognized for exemplary performance in the classroom with the College Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year by United Soccer Coaches.  

College Team Academic Awards are given to programs that have achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the 2024-25 academic year. The Red Dragons finished with a 3.38 team GPA for the school year, and 19 members of the team earned SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll recognition for achieving a GPA of 3.30 or higher.
