The Cortland's men's and women's track and field teams had 26 athletes earn a total of 40 All-Niagara Region honors from the USTFCCCA for the 2026 outdoor season. To be named all-region, an athlete must either be ranked in the top eight in an individual event or a relay in the region on the Descending Order Lists available on Athletic.net (MEN'S LIST | WOMEN'S LIST). The all-region selections changed this year from top-5 individuals and top-3 relays to top-8 for both.
