2024: Matthew was a third team All-SUNYAC honoree after placing 15th with an 8k time of 27:41.8 at the SUNYAC Championships...Finished 50th at the NCAA Div. III Niagara Region Championships...Was second at the Oswego Invitational with a season-best time in a 6k race of 20:03.5...Crossed the finish line in 18th place at the Jessup Jamboree...Completed eight races during the season for Cortland.

2023: Matthew finished 76th at the NCAA Div. III Niagara Region Championships and 33rd at the SUNYAC Championships...Cortland's third scorer and 4th overall at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational...Finished 27th at the Highlander Short Course XC Invitational and the Harry F. Anderson Invitational...Competed at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

2022: Matthew finished 46th at the SUNYAC Championships...Crossed the finish line in 22nd place at the Houghton Highlander Invitational...Finished 29th at the Oswego Invitational and 46th at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry F. Anderson Invitational...Finished 72nd in the White Division at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Competed at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Finished 173rd at the Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational.

2021: Finished 55th at the SUNYAC Championships...Placed 11th at the Cortland Short Course Invitational...Crossed the finish line in 27th place at the John Reif Memorial...Finished 79th at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational and 158th at the Yellowjacket Invitational.

High School: Graduated from William Floyd in 2021...Member of the honor roll...Three-year member of the cross country team...Team MVP and earned second team all-league honors as a junior...Team MVP, garnered first team all-league and all-county honors and named all-county academic as a senior...Four-year member of the track and field teams...Two-time team MVP...Earned all-league honors twice.
