2025: Mia posted a season-best time in a 6k race of 24:44.1 at the Paul Short Run...Placed 15th at the SUNYAC Preview Meet...Registered a 20th-place finish at the Cornell Opener...Completed five races during the season for the Red Dragons.
High School: Mia is a 2025 graduate of Colonie...Six-year member of the cross country team...Competed for six years on the indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Lists winning the 4x800 at the Colonie Relays and helping the team team finish first at the Schenectady Grout Run as her greatest sports thrills in high school.
Other: Also a member of the track and field team at Cortland.
