2026: Played in all 21 games during the season for the Red Dragons...Tallied one assist, won 132-of-214 faceoffs for a 61.7% winning percentage, and recorded 37 ground balls and two caused turnovers...Part of the Cortland team that ranked fourth in the country in ground balls per game (44.33)...Recorded an assist, won 4-of-5 faceoffs, and scooped up two ground balls in a home win over Canton...Won 15-of-16 faceoffs and recorded four ground balls in a home win over Plattsburgh in the SUNYAC Semifinals...Recorded four ground balls and won 14-of-15 faceoffs in a road win at Morrisville...Registered wins on 8-of-10 faceoffs, picked up three ground balls, and recorded one caused turnover in a home win over Scranton...Won 6-of-10 faceoffs and had one caused turnover in a home win over Western New England in the first round of the NCAA Div. High School: Graduated from Yorktown in 2025...Three-year starter ont he lacrosse team as a midfielder and face-off specialist...Earned all-section honors in 2024 and 2025...Team won sectional titles in 2023 and 2024...Three-year member of the football team, including two years as a starter at linebacker and running back...All-conference awardee in 2024.

Other: Parents are Maria and Chad Bowen...Has four siblings, Eleanna, John, Konstandino (Dino), and Marina...Brother Dino was also a member of the lacrosse team at Cortland and graduated in 2026.
