2025: Kayla was named to the Div. III Softball Academic All-District team by College Sports Communicators...Played in 40 games with 35 starts for Cortland...Batted 18-for-61 (.295) with a .394 on-base percentage, one triple, one home run, eight RBI, and 17 runs scored...Posted a 1.000 fielding percentage with 29 putouts...Went 3-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored in a road win at Oneonta...Had two hits, a home run and a triple, four RBI, and one run scored in a road win at Fredonia...Tallied two hits, one RBI, and one run scored in a win over RPI in the NCAA Div. III Regional...Batted 1-for-3 wtih two RBI and a run scored in a win over McDaniel...Was 2-for-3 with a run scored in a road win at Buffalo State.

2024: Kayla appeared in 26 games with 11 starts for the Red Dragons...Recorded three hits, one double, three RBI, and eight runs scored...Posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 10 putouts and one assist...Doubled and drove in two runs and scored one run in a win over Geneseo...Had a hit, drove in one run, and scored one run in a win at Buffalo State...Went 1-for-1 and also drew a walk in a victory over Springfield.

High School: Kayla is a 2023 graduate of West Hempstead High School…Member of the STEM Honor Society, Tri-M Honor Society, and the National Honor Society…Earned a place on the Principal’s List each quarter for four years…Three-year member and starter of the softball team…Received all-county honorable mentions and was named MVP her senior year.
