2021-22: Alex competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season...Posted a personal-best time of 9:48.82 in the 3,000 meters at the Deneault Invitational...Competed in distance events during the outdoor season highlighted by a second-place finish in the 5,000 meters (17:25.15) at the Cortland Red Dragon Open and Multi.

2020-21: Posted personal best times in the 800 meters (2:17.640 and the 1,500 meters (4:24.47) at the Cortland Cup...Recorded personal-best times in the 5,000 meters (16:41.40) at the Cortaca Dual Meet and in the 10,000 meters (34:24.51) at the Cortland Challenge.

2019-20: Competed in the 3,000 meters (personal-best 10:12.45) at the season-opening Greg Page Relays.
