2022-23: Alex posted personal bests in the 60 meters (7.72), 200 meters (24.83) and 400 meters (55.70) during the indoor season...Competed in the 100 meters and the 400-meter hurdles during the outdoor season...Posted personal bests in the 100 meters (12.15) at the Cortland Classic and the 400-meter hurdles (1:05.56) at the CNY College Challange.

High School: A 2021 graduate of Valhalla...Member of the National Honor Society and the World Language Honor Society...Four-year member of the track and field team...Three-time league champion...Earned all-league and all-section honors...Three-year member of the soccer team, two as a starter...Earned all-league and honorable mention all-section honors.
