2022-23: Avery was a member of the ninth-place 4 x 400 relay at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Finished seventh in the 400 meters (1:01.88, 1:01.73 preliminaries) and was a member of the fourth-place 4 x 400 relay at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished seventh in the 400 meters (1:01.86, 1:00.93 preliminaries) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships... Posted a personal-best time of 1:00.19 in the 400 meters at the outdoor Paul Kaiser Classic.

2021-22: Competed during the indoor season...Member of the eighth-place 4 x 200 relay team and the 10th-place 4 x 400 relay team at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Earned third team All-SUNYAC honors...Finished 19th in the 400 meters (personal-best 1:03.62) at the SUNYAC Championships...Member of the third-place 4 x 400 relay team at the indoor conference meet...Posted a personal-best time (28.45) in the 200 meters at the Fastrack National Invite.
