2025-26: Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region for a top-8 performance as a member of the indoor distance medley relay (DMR)...Earned second team All-SUNYAC honors in one event and third team All-SUNYAC honors in one event at the conference championship meets...Qualified for the AARTFC Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters and as a member of the 4x800 meter relay team, and place fifth in the 4x800 meter relay and ninth in the 800 meters...Qualified for the AARTFC Indoor Championships as part of the DMR, and placed 12th in the event at the regional meet...Part of the DMR that finished second, and placed fourth individually in the 800 meters, at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Had a third-place finish in the 800 meters at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Placed first in the 500 meters with a personal-best time of 1:08.17, and was part of the 4x400 meter relay that finished second, at the Marc Deneault Invitational...Competed in 11 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for Cortland.

2024-25: Did not compete in any meets. 

2023-24: Jack earned second team All-SUNYAC honors with a second-place finish in the 800 meters (personal-best time of 1:53.09 in the prelims) at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Placed fourth as a member of the 4x800 relay team at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Was fifth in the 800 at the indoor regional meet...Part of the third team All-SUNYAC distance medley relay (DMR) team that placed third at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Finished fifth at the indoor conference meet in the 800 meters...Competed 17 times during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.

High School: Jack is a 2023 graduate if Half Hollow Hills West...Member of the track and field team...Three-year member of the cross country team.
