2024-25: John garnered first team All-SUNYAC honors in two events at conference championship meets...Won the SUNYAC title in the heptathlon at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships with a personal-best 4,184 points and claimed the SUNYAC title in the decathlon at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships...Set a personal-best in the decathlon with 5,422 points to place first at the Cortland Classic...Competed at 13 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for Cortland.

2023-24: John placed 10th in the decathlon at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best 5,181 points...Finished sixth in the decathlon at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships with 5,136 points...Was sixth in the heptathlon at the indoor conference meet with 3,943 points. 

High School: John graduated from Ithaca in 2023...Four-year member of the track and field team...Three-time team captain...Track team MVP...School-record holder in the 55-meter and 110-meter hurdles...STAC champion in the 110-meter hurdles...Competed at indoor and outdoor state meets...National qualifier in the 55-meter hurdles, the 110-meter hurdles and the 4 x 100 relay.
