2020-21: John was a member of the fifth-place 4 x 400 relay team at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships.
2019-20: Competed at four meets during the season...Posted personal-best times in the 200 meters (23.84) and the 400 meters (52.11) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational.
2018-19: Competed in the 200 and 400 meters during the outdoor season.
High School: Graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius in 2018...Member of the honor roll and the high honor roll...Two-year member of the track and field team...Team captain...League and sectional qualifier...Two-year member of the soccer team...Team won a league title and a sectional title.
