2024-25: Ramel placed 12th in the weight throw (14.06 meters) and 14th in the shot put (12.36 meters) at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships...Posted a personal-best 14.43 meters in the weight throw at the Marc Deneault Invitational...Threw a personal-best 13.05 meters in the shot put at the Danny Curran Invite...Recorded a personal-best mark of 44.81 meters in the discus at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite...Finished with a personal-best throw of 43.84 meters in the hammer throw at the Cortland Classic...Competed in 11 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Red Dragons.
